Reschedule Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

If you no call/no show a scheduled bungee class, you will receive a $12 charge in addition to the cost of the class. You MUST reschedule class within 12 hours for Bungee, or you will lose your class. You may only reschedule 3x for same class before you forfeit your class. For same day cancellations more than 3x will result in an extra fee before next appointment. This is a small business and limited spots, thank you for your business and understanding!

For all other classes and/or sessions, you will not be credited if not cancelled within 8 hours of the scheduled start.

*We understand life happens. If there is an emergency, please contact the studio. Thank you for understanding.

Please download, print, and fill out our waiver prior to coming to class. This saves time and ensures your safety while visiting.

Booking Policy

Due to the time-consuming and tedious set-up and check-in procedures, pre-booked classes are required. This is for safety and as always safety is our biggest concern.

Packages Policy

Bundles and Packages are available for some Firefly Bungee Fitness classes. If you purchase a bundle, it belongs to you. We are NOT able to split them between friends, family, etc.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

Bungee Weight, Age, & Medical Limitations

Due to equipment regulations, you must weigh a minimum of 90 lbs and a maximum of 240 lbs. You will be weighed privately at beginning of class to properly set up your bungee station.

You must be 13 years of age and have a guardian signed waiver for participation.

*If you are pregnant, you are unable to take bungee classes. if you have had any recent surgeries or have any major health concerns. As always consult your doctor if you are unsure if you should participate in an exercise program.
